24th Gemini Awards: the winners

The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television has announced the winners of the 24th Annual Gemini Awards, recognising the year’s best in Canadian English-language television.

The winners of the Gemini for Best Achievement in Makeup are:

Todd Masters, Leah Ehman, Holland Miller, Brad Proctor, & Kyla Rose Tremblay.

Les 24e Prix Gemeaux 2009: the winners

Les Prix Gemeaux celebrates excellence in French-language Canadian television production; the winners for this years awards were announced on 20 September.

The winners for Meilleurs maquillages/coiffures (Best Makeup/Hair) are:

The winners of the Leo Awards 2009 were announced at the 2009 Celebration Awards Ceremony in Vancouver on 8 May.

The winner for Best Makeup in a Feature Length Drama was:
Iron Road
Joanne Kinchella.

The winners for Best Makeup in a Dramatic Series were:
Sanctuary ‘Warriors’
Todd Masters, Nicholas Podbrey, Sarah Pickersgill & Harlow MacFarlane.
